ummm... youre doing this backwards.... Do it right and get yourself turbo model that you can actually USE. Like a Tsi AWD or the eclipse GSX. Once you have one of those, make sure its in sound mechanical shape BEFORE YOU START MODDING.

If you are interested I have a 1G Tsi AWD for sale, 2500 obo takes it.

The GS has the wrong engine, it's a 420A. None of the turbo parts from the 4G63 will bolt up to it, unless it's a GS Spyder, in which case it's a 4G64 and it is possible, but I wouldn't suggest it. Don't waste your money on a RS, GS, ESi or anything like that. If at all possible get not only the turbo but the All Wheel Drive also, you will regret it if you don't (TSi AWD, GSX)...

If your absolutly SET on buying it and turboing it. Visit

and READ. Tons of good info. There are a few GS guys on the board that have turbo'd their cars, But I think both blew the stock motor. Its gonna take a lot of time and money to make a GS even as fast as a Stock GS-T. Check Ebay for good deal on Turbo parts for the 420A.

Yeah, you're looking at a LOT of money going into it if you want it as fast as a stock GST, and if you want it faster you're looking at even more... BoostedGS (Patrick) as a who buttload of cash into his GS and he'll tell you, if you have the chance, get a AWD and skip the hassle.

i already have a 91 gsx and a 90 laser-rst. i just wanted to do something different. the car is for my girlfriend. something else i thought about doing was putting a 4g63t in my 95 mirage. tell me that wouldn't be sick.

Jason Martinez (another member on this board) has built a Mirage drag car with a 4g63 in it. From what I've heard, it's pretty impressive. I have yet to see it though. Maybe he'll come out to play this racing season.
