Best place to fix/custom build exhaust?

I have an exhaust right now that obviously doesn't fit... It also has a test pipe. Does anyone know of a good place that will work on "off road only" exhaust systems?

I need to fix mine, but it will need some custom work done to it to really make it fit (basically your average joe with a welder probably would have a tough time)

Any help is appreciated.
