Well after digging around today on my car, I found what appears to be the problem with my odd tire wear on the rear end was caused by...
and despite 3 shops all agreeing on the same answer... I believe they were all wrong.... *grumble*
I pulled my tower covers off to check for missing/broken strut pieces this morning, and found that the center thread on the struts moves quite abit if I bounce the rear end up and down... and it moves farther INTO the car (just not to the point where its hitting the covers) I appears that either my struts broke something near the top, or the metal strut support that bolts into the car, has a broken center lip possibly....
this excessive travel definately explains why hitting certain bumps or whatever would cause the rear end to ride really off or just feel like it was shifting... and certainly explains the tire wear (cause this jacks up the camber really bad)
Anyways, I wont be for sure what the problem is until Tues day (or whenever I can find some spare rear struts (blown or worn doesnt matter for this issue) to swap out with mine just incase it *IS* the struts and not the supports....
on a side note:
Anyone know a good exorcist so I can get these demons out? They starting to bug me now... GRRR
