New UICP with problem

I just installed custom 2 1/2in uicp's on my 1g with a 2g throttle body elbow. The BOV dump tube is no longer long enough to reach the BOV so I capped the dump tube. Now my car likes to die when I'm slowing down. Will I have to modify the dump tube to fit back on the BOV to fix this problem, or is there another solution?

you could upgrade to VPC or another speed density type

or you could be like me and not be able to afford the things jake has and just modify the dump tube ;)

LoL, but really, either you'll need some type of blowthrough setup like Hal and Dave, a VPC, or other speed density or you'll have to hook up the recirc

you need to get it to dump back in.

i tryed venting for grins one day. car ran like ass. :rolleyes:
