water pump help.

My eclipse needs a new water pump. I cant afford to pay 500 for some rip off auto place to do it. As far as i know all the timing gear needs to come off to change the pump. I can afford a pump. And I could do the work myself but I do not have a garage and I am not allowed to work on anything at my apartments.
Is there anybody in the springs that could help me out with changing the pump. I have tools and i just mainly need a place to do it and maybe somebody who knows how to do the timing in case I mess something up. I can pay, just not as much as an auto shop charges. Any help would be apreciated.

What days off do you have and when you lookin at tryin to get it done??

I am usually off by 5:00 monday through thursday, a little earlier on fridays sometimes. Other than that just saturday and sunday are my off days. I figure I can get a pump that will suffice at napa.
