Chad and I were able to successfully hit and HOLD 20PSI last night on his unported BT28. We removed the WG actuator vacuum line and it shoots to 20 and stays there rock solid.

Big thanks goes out to Jake for spending hours of his time tuning my car! It is like a new car, she has awakened, and is tuned for 93.5 octane, 20psi of boost! OH YEAH!
Now I just need to swap fuel pumps again, figure out overheating issue, wire up the gauges, lifters, fans possibly, I/C pipes again, install translator, stereo system, The list goes on...

I would suggest you get on those lifters ASAP and the EGT, so we can really tweek the car.

I'd have to say I highly suggest you don't run that much boost on your Big28 unless you're seriously racing....
Why?
Look at the oil on the downpipe...leaking from the exhaust side oil seal...

I'd say 16 psi is safe for every day driving at this altitude.

*insert witty comment here about too much boost in a small turbo*

I received a great deal on the turbo, so if it goes, that just means I can get a Green or similiar....wife won't be too happy though, but it is my turn to get something expensive, I bought her an expensive necklace on the cruise ; ( ******

Disconnecting the WG was a bad idea, a couple of days ago the car hit 25psi and holding, it wasn't a spike! I had my friend quickly let off, and tried one more time, and sure enough, it happened again! Shut her down, hooked the WG back up. Now with the Profec B, I cannot get more than 16psi, no matter what I do. I have not played with the dip switches yet, but balance, and boost adjustments do nothing.
Anyhow, moral of the story is to not disconnect the WG!

Chad, that has got to be the ODDEST BT28 I've ever heard of, I don't even know BT28's that are holding 25psi at sea level that well... Maybe you should sell the Profec since you have an AWD and get a nice manual...
