Water to AIr IC

How do these work? My friend in VR has one on his Alero, and a friend with a civic has one... they say they reduce the air temp drasticlly..

Are these better then AIR to AIR ICs? or whats the deal?

Yes they are better than air to air... BUT there are things that we can use for an air to air that make them better than water to air in a cost vs cost situation... Usually water to air setups cost a good deal more, taking that money and investing it into a water injection system or propane injection system can make your air to air immesely effective. Also keep in mind that MOST people won't need a water to air, our CR is so low that we don't have the same fear of predet.
